Dispatch Timeframe
At Signsavy.com.au, we strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. Most items are dispatched the next business day, with the possibility of same-day dispatch* if your order is placed before 12 PM (AEST)(BNE).

For custom and user-customized items, please allow up to 72 hours for dispatch. This extended timeframe accounts for supply and production considerations. In the event of any issues with your customized product, we may hold your order for rectification or clarification. To ensure we can address any concerns efficiently, please provide up-to-date contact details.
If you have an urgent order, we may be able to expedite dispatch for selected products and services. Please contact us via the live chat function to inquire about urgent processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the size and requirements of your parcel. All shipping costs will be quoted and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping (Australia only) is included with every order. Express shipping is available at an extra cost to suit your needs or budget.
Orders placed locally around our location can opt for Local delivery by our staff for an extra cost if desired.
Please note that some parcels may require a signature upon delivery due to the value of most products sold.
Artwork & Design
Customers are responsible for supplying their own designs and custom artwork. We offer a custom artwork design service for an additional fee. If you would like to use this service, please reach out to us via our contact page for a quote.
Signsavy.com.au, as a division of Drew's Sign It Pty Ltd, reserves the right to decline artwork that may be subject to copyright not owned by the customer placing the order. To avoid copyright concerns, we may seek clarification regarding artwork ownership on certain orders.
